John has over 35 years experience in financial services, working with professional advisers, specialising in family wealth preservation.
John helps Advisers overcome the ‘gifting dilemma’ by using WAY’s range of Flexible Reversionary Trusts, resulting in intergenerational tax planning, long term client relationships, and the retention of assets under advice and management.
Dominic Hughes
Senior Investment Director at Rathbones
Dominic has spent his career in the North West, managing investments for high‑net‑worth individuals, charities, trusts, and corporate clients. With over 25 years’ experience, he has built strong relationships with professional intermediaries and key advisers, enabling him to work in partnership to deliver efficient, effective investment solutions.
Based in Manchester, Dominic oversees portfolio management while ensuring clients receive a consistently high standard of service and support. He works with clients across all stages of life, from early saving and career growth through to retirement and intergenerational planning.
