WAY Trustees is a specialist Professional Trustee company. For over two decades, we’ve helped families and their advisers, manage UK-based Flexible Reversionary Trusts with care and confidence.
We worked with IOMA (the original provider of the plans) for many years and even used their offshore bond for one of our own Trust solutions. That means we not only understand the product but also how it works in practice—day to day, year after year.

How It Works
We’ve made the process smooth and easy for both Clients and Advisers:
Step 1: Introductory Contact
• Family receives a welcome letter and our fee schedule.
• A discovery call with a Trust Manager.
Step 2: Trustee Appointment
• Lay trustees sign a standard Deed of Appointment & Retirement.
• Required documents:
– Original Trust Deed
– Expression of Wishes
– HMRC Trust Registration Certificate
– Updated contact details
• Lay Trustees to send completed documents to WAY Trustees.
Step 3: Onboarding
• We liaise with RL360 Services to collect trust data and set up access.
• Welcome packs are sent to the Adviser and Settlor.
Step 4: Ongoing Support
• Access valuations through RL360’s online portal.
• We manage maturity and deferral documents each year.
• We co-ordinate expression of wishes with the family and review investment performance with the appointed Adviser.
• We oversee distributions and ensure HMRC compliance.
