Introduction
I joined WAY Trustees Limited in November 2025 as a temporary Tax Administrator, supporting the team during the busy tax return season by helping to prepare and complete trust tax returns. Following this, I was delighted to secure a permanent position within the company. My role now involves supporting the administration of our trusts, including trust tax compliance, Trust Registration Service matters, New Business processing, payments reconciliation, and maintaining accurate client records. I work closely with advisers, clients, and colleagues to ensure trusts are administered efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
Professional Background
I graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Law with Business. My studies provided me with a strong foundation in legal principles, business operations, and regulatory compliance, all of which have been invaluable in my current role.
Since joining, I have gained extensive experience in trust administration and trust taxation, supporting a wide range of client and adviser requirements. My role involves preparing trust tax returns, managing Trust Registration Service updates, handling client correspondence, processing new business, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and reporting obligations. Through this experience, I have developed strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service while supporting the effective operation of a professional trustee business.
Personal Touch
Outside of work, I have a passion for travelling and enjoy exploring different countries, cultures, and cuisines. I love experiencing new places, trying authentic local foods, and learning about the traditions that make each destination unique. I am always keen to embrace new experiences and challenges, whether that is visiting a new destination or trying a new activity.
