I joined WAY Trustees Limited in 2025 as a Business Development Executive, focusing on building strategic partnerships with Financial Advisers, Solicitors, and Accountants. Through these collaborations, I aim to help families preserve and manage their wealth across generations, connecting them with trust-based solutions that adapt to life’s milestones and challenges, uphold settlors’ wishes, and provide long-term continuity.

I consider myself a relationship specialist, with over 20 years of experience developing partnerships across the charity, education, and business sectors. Together with my wife, Gabriela, I’m incredibly proud to have founded GRP Connections, a business consultancy, and The GRP Connections Hub, a thriving community of business owners and decision-makers built on support, collaboration, and shared growth.
Building the business over five years has been an invaluable part of my journey, equipping me with the associated knowledge and skills in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and business development, all of which I bring to my role at WAY Trustees.
Personal Touch
I’m an outdoor enthusiast and I love running, hiking and engaging in almost any sports (tennis, badminton, football, table tennis… the list goes on!). Meanwhile, my inner nerd is passionate about tabletop strategy games such as Warhammer 40,000. Whether I’m exploring nature or diving into tournament matchups, I’m always on the lookout for adventure, creativity, and connection. I adore my family, and above all, sharing these passions with them brings me the greatest joy and inspires both my personal and professional journey.
