Introduction
I joined WAY Trustees in January as an Administrator, through a level 3 Business Apprenticeship Scheme which gives me the chance to further my studies whilst in a working environment. I work across departments, ensuring smooth office operations, managing day to day office facilities management and providing administrative support to the Trust Team on specific projects. I also play a role in supporting the Finance Team organising payments and invoices and managing inbound and outbound communication.

My Apprenticeship has enhanced my skills in business administration and allows me to contribute effectively to the success of the organisation. With a strong organisational mindset and attention to detail, I am committed to maintaining efficient systems and supporting the growth of the company.
Personal touch
I’m someone who thrives on creativity. In my downtime, I love experimenting with new baking recipes, creating cozy and functional crochet pieces, and tackling fun DIY projects that add a personal touch to my home. I also have a knack for organising, transforming spaces to be both practical and beautifully arranged. Combining these passions helps me stay inspired and bring my creative ideas to life, all while adding that personal touch to everything I do.
